(Thanks to Scott…and a recent thread on Facebook about these.) Really appreciate the background and research and insights. One note, the copyright date on the blister card reads 1968, so your assumption of remainders would make sense–the toys were probably repackaged on cards to see if they would sell better (and also take up less valuable shelf space); as you know, Mego did this with their figures too.

Haven’t found any on eBay yet, but one joker had JUST Cap’s (non-working) yellow scooter for a B.I.N. of a mere $234!
