And between the second and third stories/strips, there is a one page “open letter from the editor” which is signed by Wood and ends with a simple … “write to – Armed Forces Dist., P.O. Box 23635, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523”. Though it is my understanding that the issue was self-published by Wood and was intended for the military readership. Hope that helps! – greg
