Blood Night is one of those rare films that I watched and enjoyed, but ended up liking it the more I thought about it. As I’m writing this I’m finding myself appreciating it more and more.
I recently partook in a little film titled Rites of Spring. It caught my eye with its sweet retro poster. Something about it made me really want to see this movie. Maybe it was the fact that it shares a name with a sweet band. Who knows?
The Leprechaun series is a tongue-in-cheek, campy and absurd set of films that reached soaring heights and deep, cavernous lows. It’s not for everybody, but I went for it.

The Collector is a horror film from 2009 that falls into the “torture porn” subgenre, which was originally intended to be a Saw prequel.
If you read the description and expected something along the lines of The Godfather or Citizen Kane you should get your head checked. When I got the synopsis of Hell Comes to Frogtown I was expecting a bizarre and thoroughly entertaining movie. That’s what I got.
